This course considers Jesus’ description of the good shepherd in John 10, and aims to encourage people to boldly step into church leadership with very practical leadership teaching. Learn the 4 marks of a good shepherd and understand how circles of influence work in church scenarios. We will also learn how to build trust with people, and consider how to face difficulties and conflicts. By the end, you will feel encouraged and equipped to lead the people in your circle of influence as a shepherd who loves his or her sheep!
